I’m a somatic coach, TRE provider, guide and teacher dedicated to supporting people navigate addiction recovery, integrate transformational psychedelic experiences, and reconnect with their authentic selves. My work is informed by over a decade of nursing experience in addiction medicine, harm reduction, public health, and intensive care as well as my work as a professional mountain guide and outdoor educator.
My personal trials have included life-threatening physical trauma, loss and grief, addiction and parenting. Somatics and psychedelic medicine work were game changers on my journey of self-development and healing. The results inspired me to leave nursing in order to guide and support others as a coach.
I live in Portugal with my loving wife, 2 rambunctious boys, and a fully embodied dog. I find inspiration exploring consciousness, spending time in the elements, and making bean-to-bar chocolate.
